Job Overview:
This role focuses on handling a full caseload of new build property matters, including transactions such as sales, purchases, shared ownership schemes, right-to-buy, and lease extensions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure seamless transactions, while meeting fee income targets and maintaining high standards of service.
This role focuses on handling a full caseload of new build property matters, including transactions such as sales, purchases, shared ownership schemes, right-to-buy, and lease extensions. Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of new build property transactions from inception to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, equity release, shared ownership schemes, right-to-buy, and lease extensions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships to develop future business opportunities.
- Meeting fee income targets in alignment with the practice’s goals.
- Effectively utilizing a web-based case management system.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or significant experience managing a caseload of residential property matters.
- Strong organizational and process-driven skills.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of the importance of business targets.
- Exceptional commitment to client care and delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly with web-based case management systems.
