Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized New Build Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a caseload of new build property transactions from start to finish. The role requires strong client engagement, efficient case management, and a commitment to achieving business targets while maintaining excellent client care standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of new build property matters, including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and potential sources of work.
Work towards achieving fee income targets in alignment with business objectives
Use a web-based case management system effectively to manage workloads and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Relevant legal qualification (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or extensive experience managing your own caseload in conveyancing.
Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
Commercially astute, with an understanding of business targets and their significance.
Proven ability to deliver high standards of client care.
IT literate with experience using case management systems.
