What You'll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, and related aggregate processing equipment

  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component change-outs to maximize equipment uptime

  • Execute fabrication, installation, and mechanical repairs on plant and field equipment

  • Partner with operations, engineering, and vendors to complete maintenance and improvement projects safely and on time

  • Promote and model a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with MSHA and company standards

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong capability in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, including crushers and material handling equipment

  • Proficiency with welding, cutting, and use of hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools

  • Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to complete work effectively

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate, train others, and build working relationships

  • Flexibility to travel, work varied hours, and adapt to changing operational needs in field environments

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
