What You'll Be Doing Operate and support production equipment to ensure efficient quarry operations and material flow Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of mobile and plant equipment Assist with loading, hauling, and stockpiling aggregates in a safe and efficient manner Monitor plant processes and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety initiatives and training What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, or similar machinery Demonstrated commitment to working safely and following established procedures Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Reliability, accountability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and conditions Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
