Job Overview:
The Manager is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations, either as a Registered Manager in accordance with Care Quality Commission/OFSTED regulations or managing services under the supervision of a Registered Manager. They ensure the provision of quality support and life experiences to service users, emphasizing values such as privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment.
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management and daily operations of designated services.
• Ensure the delivery of quality support that promotes independence and safeguards service users.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Foster positive relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.
• Provide on-call support and manage emergencies effectively.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality of service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within Children Services, with at least 2 years in a senior management role within the last 5 years.
• Previous experience of supporting people with complex needs.
• Level 5 Diploma or willingness to study towards a Level 5 Diploma.
