Join our team as a Machinist to support our Anoka HOFFMAN Operations to support 2nd shift. Fabricate precision parts, fixtures, and gauges from samples, prints, drawings, sketches, and oral instruction using mills, lathes, drill presses, surface grinders, and other shop tools. Assist the operations team by optimizing and maintaining production equipment. In addition, assist contractors/manufactures in new equipment installation and start-up by troubleshooting, fabricating and/or modifying parts. Experience is maintenance or machine shop performing setups and operation of manual mills and lathes, drill presses, surface grinders, and band saws. Experience in reading and understanding mechanical prints. Welding experience preferred. Good mechanical and mathematical skills. Ability to work evening shifts. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Compensation Range: $20.40 - $37.80 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
