Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary
We seek a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client’s Wolverhampton team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a residential conveyancing department, providing essential support to conveyancing solicitors. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Dictation & Document Production: Produce legal documents and correspondence through digital dictation.
- Diary Management: Organise appointments, and meetings, and manage the solicitor’s diary to ensure smooth operations.
- File Management: Administer the full lifecycle of client files, including opening, closing, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a residential conveyancing department.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Experience with legal IT systems is a plus.
Professionalism: High level of client care, teamwork, and attention to detail.
