Job Overview:
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring an efficient, accurate, and client-focused service. Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

Sales and purchases

Re-mortgages
-
Transfers of equity
-
Right-to-buy cases
-
Shared ownership schemes
-
Lease extensions
-
Process cases efficiently and cost-effectively.

Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, estate agents, and lenders.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and other sources of business.

Achieve fee income targets in alignment with business objectives.

Independently manage work allocation, productivity, and quality with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:

Relevant qualification (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or significant experience managing a conveyancing caseload.

Recent hands-on experience in the legal profession.

Proven track record in conveyancing case management and fee generation.

Exceptional organisational and process management skills.

Commercial awareness and understanding of the importance of business targets.

Strong commitment to providing excellent client care.

Proficient in IT, with experience using web-based case management systems.

Skilled in handling client inquiries in person and by telephone.
