Our healthcare client is looking for an Account Maintenance Specialist to support the Account Management team. This role involves maintaining customer accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 1st Shift: 8:00AM- 4:30PM

What's the Job?

  • Maintain the integrity of the company account master by ensuring accurate data management across multiple systems.
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies, supporting audit processes with thorough documentation.
  • Handle account matching, account change requests, and new customer setup within various ERP and CIM360 systems.
  • Perform data audits to support CIM requirements and maintain high data quality standards.
  • Collaborate with divisional and corporate teams to support customer system updates and address returned mailings.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to learn and comprehend multiple dependencies across different systems and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate account maintenance.
  • Effective communication skills to maintain working relationships with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in working with various information systems such as CIM360, Salesforce.com, OBIEE, AX, MoveX, and AS400.
  • Basic knowledge of product lines and a willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
