This position serves as a developmental opportunity in operational support for Digital, Buying, and creative teams, involving leadership in photography planning and execution, as well as purchase order Strong operational acumen and an understanding of Site merchandising supporting website product display activities. Generate AdHoc reports using Excel to fulfill supervisor's data entry needs for purchase orders, POS, price changes, and daily sales information. * Take ownership of the purchase order creation process by collaborating with Track merchandise logistics and independently troubleshoot shipping problems. * Maintain the vendor database, contact list, and related department records. * Utilize the Stella dashboard to manage merchandise workflow and address Creative Production team. * Participate in "product turn-in" meetings with Creative Production to digital platforms. * Drive continuous process improvement by identifying and resolving challenges and opportunities in photography planning, both internally and with external relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
