About the Role
As an Admissions Call Center Agent, you will engage with prospective students, providing information about the school's programs, guiding inquiries, and helping applicants through the enrollment process.


Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Available Shift Times: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective students
  • Provide excellent customer service and information about programs
  • Use multiple computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Five9) to document interactions
  • Meet call center goals and daily metrics
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times


Key Requirements

  • Previous sales experience required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Call center experience with inbound/outbound calls
  • Experience using multiple computer systems or programs (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Five9, power dialer)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must satisfy background requirements
