Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (with rotating weekends & days off during week). Patients per day: 20-24. Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic. Scope: Adult Only patients only. Typical cases seen by the provider would be Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Routine Adult and/or Geriatric exams. State Licensure: Active California license is required. Credentialing timeframe: 90 Days ?
