You’ll work alongside four physicians and three nurse practitioners with 1:4 call and options for partnership track or an employment model. - $200,000 signing package

Base salary: $600,000
Signing package: $200,000
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$50,000 start date bonus
$50,000 retention bonus at the end of year 1
$50,000 retention bonus at the end of year 2
