Requirements
Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Program NPs must hold Acute Care certification ACNP or PA Must have practice experience post education Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Illinois Team player and collaborative Opportunity: Nocturnist position working 7p-7a on a 7on/7off schedule (Tuesday to Tuesday) providing coverage in 16-bed CCU The primary focus of this position will be assisting in providing high quality care to critical care patients including patient admissions and consults as well as seeing post-op surgical patients On average, two patient admissions per night Procedural experience in performing central and arterial lines as well as intubation highly desired; willing to train the right candidate On-the-job training paired with a collaborating physician for support SSM Health values the unique contributions each team member brings to our organization. Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, medical specialty, labor market, and other qualifications. The posted pay range for this position is what SSM Health reasonably expects, in good faith, to offer based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
