Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Critical Care team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill adult patients under the supervision of an attending physician.
Administer medications, including intravenous and other specialized therapies.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Participate in daily rounds and multidisciplinary care conferences.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care setting preferred.
Advanced knowledge of critical care medicine, including hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, and shock management.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
