Tasks include, but not limited to, climbing wall, zipline, and trampoline jumper. Maintain and work closely with other departments, such as Activity Center, KinderKamp, Lift Maintenance, and Patrol. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: Work closely with the Activity Center staff and outdoor activities staff to provide a great guest experience. Maintain a friendly and outgoing attitude. Operate a climbing wall, trampoline jumper, and zip line. Assist and coach guests through their adventures. Follow all safety procedures, operating standards, and training protocols for assigned activities. Conduct pre‑use equipment inspections and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately. Become knowledgeable of Schweitzer Mountain facilities and other activities. Specific Job Skills: License/Certifications- have or willing to obtain CPR/ first aid certification. Course provided on the job Technical- None required prior to hire; on‑the‑job training provided Physical Capabilities- Standing for long periods of time. Exposure to extreme outdoor elements. Ability to work at height. Manipulation of carabiners, harnesses and ropes with both hands. Additional- Attention to detail. Clear guest communication. Customer service. Risk Assessment/Judgement.
