INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TO PERFORM THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* mills and other related equipment holding extremely tight tolerances (+/- 2 microns) to customer drawing and quality specifications and MCE methods. Employees will train and assist CNC Machinist levels I and II with basic and cutters and grinders * Employees will use advanced inspection equipment, ex. CMM and digital optical Employees will be able to select tooling, speeds, and feeds for optimal CNC Employee will be able to sharpen cutting tools and rework holders. * Conduct 1st piece inspection and provide supporting quality documentation. * Use various hand tools, precision measuring equipment and associated gages Conduct preventative maintenance, 5S and housekeeping duties. * Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
Hourly Rate depending on experience $35-$43 per hour
1 year experience writing simple G&M code programs
while holding very tight tolerances with limited direction creating quality parts to spec on short run parts (first part, good part).
