Cardiac Anesthesiologist role at Advocate Health’s physician-led group based at Advocate Christ Medical Center (Level I trauma center) in Oak Lawn, IL. You’ll focus exclusively on high-volume cardiac cases at a single site with strong anesthesia tech/nursing support and a structured call schedule. Coverage Responsibilities Include cardiac bypass cases (CABG, valve, VAD, transplant), thoracic, major vascular, TEVAR, EVAR, TAVR, structural heart procedures, and coverage of cardiac patients having non-cardiac surgery (coverage needs driven by inclusion criteria based on EF, PAP, myocardial/valve pathology, etc).

Anesthesia Tech and Anesthesia Nursing Support
Supportive Call Schedule: approx. one 1st call every other week and one 2nd call every other week, approx. one weekend call per month.

Board-eligibility or board-certification in Anesthesiology
Cardiac fellowship training preferred
Training and certification in TEE required, TEE board certification preferred
