Anodize Associate
Pay: $16.00/hour

Two Positions Available (one for each shift)

Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as an Anodize Associate. This hands-on role supports the anodizing process by preparing materials, assisting with production, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload products during the anodizing process

  • Organize parts into designated containers and pallets

  • Oil, tag, and properly sequence serialized products

  • Perform visual quality inspections and separate non-conforming materials

  • Assist with sandblasting and vibratory finishing as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and lifting throughout the shift

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs with assistance

  • Exposure to coating oils and manufacturing environments; PPE provided

  • May not be suitable for individuals with asthma or respiratory sensitivities

Safety Requirements:

  • Non-slip steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required

  • Gloves and safety glasses required; face masks available

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required

  • Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Dependable with good attendance and punctuality

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Committed to workplace safety and quality standards
