Area Maintenance Manager

Amazon is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and uptime for automated equipment in our Transportation & Logistics network. In this role, you’ll manage a team of technicians supporting conveyors, sortation, and building systems, ensuring safe, efficient operations. You’ll own preventive and predictive maintenance plans, drive root cause analysis, and partner with Operations and Engineering to improve throughput and asset life. Leveraging data, KPIs, and Amazon’s continuous improvement culture, you will deliver high equipment availability while developing talent in a fast-moving, customer-obsessed environment.
