A Day in The Life of a Senior Production Assembler
As a Senior Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and calibrating fabricated parts, or units to meet product specifications. You will identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair them as necessary.
- Propose measures to increase productivity and efficiency
- Perform simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations
- Inspect and test work for quality
- Perform and log scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment
- Determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures needed
- Stage job materials for production according to procedure

Education & Experience
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Associates degree preferred
- 2 years required; 4 years preferred experience working within a production environment
Skills & Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to precisely measure
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
