Duties and Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Perform all duties as directed by Supervisors or Managers
- Work in a safe manner while performing to meet all requirements
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must be willing to work with all team members
- Possess adequate skills to perform various production jobs and willingness to cross-train
- Ability to maintain 5S standards and propose ideas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work safely, follow all safety rules, improve 5S and lead by example
- Ability to read, interpret and follow wiring schematics / diagrams and other documentation to achieve certification in wiring
- Capable of performing wiring operations on all Systems production lines at production rate
- Possess skills for basic troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Must maintain an excellent attendance record
