This role in summary

Currently, we are seeking qualified Assemblers to join our Assembly Organization on 3rd shift.

  • The starting salary is $20.85/hour
    • $1.00/hour shift premium for the midnight shift.
  • Paid time off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date)
  • Benefits on day one (medical, dental vision)

Your responsibilities will include

  • Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day)
  • Bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently
  • Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
  • Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
  • Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc.

Minimum requirements

  • 2-years of consistent work history
  • 3-months of manufacturing experience (consecutive)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED;
  • Be subject to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety-minded environment

Preferred skills and experiences

  • 6 - months manufacturing experience, assembly preferred;
  • Associates Degree
