Job Description Summary:
The Tech B is responsible for completing various test execution processes according to a detailed set of process instructions. Assisting engineers in applying engineering technology to develop and test product assemblies or components. Strict adherence to process instructions and documentation requirements is expected. Works closely with a team of engineers and skilled operators.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities
• Performs cleaning, maintenance, and or calibration of laboratory and equipment with limited supervision.
• Operates moderately complex equipment in the production of hardware using moderately complex manual skills with training and supervision..
• Documents their work consistent with work unit policy with limited supervision.
• Performs focused training to enable progression into higher skilled positions at the discretion of the supervisor.
• Other temporary assignments at the discretion of the supervisor.

Skills/Abilities
• Able to communicate written and verbally.
• Able to use Microsoft office applications.
• Able to perform manual labor and operate automated and semi-automated equipment.

Education
Graduate from a 2 year technical school or applicable years of experience.

Experience
Requires either graduation from a two year technical school or two years of applicable experience.

Additional Job Description:

Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$38.47 - $38.47
