We're looking for a technically sharp accounting leader who thrives in a high-growth environment. As our Assistant Controller, you'll own the technical accounting function, ensuring our financials are accurate, our controls are airtight, and our processes scale as the business grows. You'll work closely with the Controller and have real visibility in to the financial engine of one of the most dynamic companies in the Amazon ecosystem. Technical Accounting & Compliance
Ensure all accounting practices comply with GAAP and established accounting principles. Establish and maintain robust internal controls that protect company assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate fraud risk and accounting errors. Cash Flow Management
Prepare and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, giving leadership the visibility needed to make confident financial decisions. Audit & Financial Reporting
Partner with external auditors to support the audit function — including preparation of schedules and resolution of audit findings. Support the Controller in producing accurate, timely financial statements. Billing & Reconciliation
Assist with customer billing processes. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across accounting workflows. Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and mentor accounting team members as the team grows. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — with an active CPA license required ~5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including roles with director-level responsibility; Inventory accounting experience required, with a background in a product- or goods-based business; Public accounting experience with a regional, national, or global audit firm preferred ~ Advanced knowledge and hands-on application of GAAP, with a proven ability to build and scale accounting processes in a high-growth environment ~ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace (particularly Sheets); experience with additional accounting systems a plus ~ You'll be based in Symphony Towers
