Are you ready to contribute to a team committed to excellent customer service As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Department by ensuring that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following company policies and procedures. with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-3 years’ experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). * Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, equipment installation. * Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.

Experience in a healthcare facility.
