Lynch Consultants is seeking an

Audit Remediation & Operation Support Specialist to support an

Intelligence Agency Client

in the

National Capital Region

. This person is responsible for

staff supervision, overall planning, and client contacts

, assisted as necessary by

subject matter experts,

and may perform services related to

audit remediation related to the property lifecycle.

MUST

have a

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Business Management related field. MUST have 6 years of accounting or financial management experience. Federal Financial Reporting, General Ledger Analysis, Audit Remediation, Financial Process Improvement through Automation, Documenting and Testing Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting in accordance with OMB Circular A-123, Determining value of capital assets. MUST be a

US citizen.

~ DoD / Intelligence community financial management experience.

~ Federal or Commercial financial statement audit experience.

~ CPA, CIA, CFE, CFGM, and/or CDFM.

Knowledge of

FASAB Accounting Standards related to Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E). If you are a highly motivated individual with the ability to solve complex issues, take on new responsibilities, build relationships and think in unique and innovative ways, we are looking for you!
