As a Parts Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing parts flow, and supporting both service technicians and customers. You’ll work closely with the Parts Manager, Service team, and vendors to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent service.
Maintain accurate parts inventory through regular cycle counts and audits
Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify shortages or overstock
Order, receive, stock, and track parts accurately
Pull and stage parts for service technicians and customer orders
Assist internal and external customers with parts inquiries as needed
Process returns, warranties, and core parts accurately
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant parts storage areas
Utilize dealership parts systems and technology efficiently
Support wholesale and retail parts operations as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
Tech-savvy and confident using parts and inventory systems
Committed to accuracy, accountability, and customer service
Prior automotive parts experience is preferred, not required
