SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a stable, collaborative outpatient practice with strong infrastructure, an established patient panel, and exceptional work-life balance. Practice Highlights:

Onsite equipment, including diabetic eye exams, vBHI, imaging, lab services, and point-of-care testing
Schedule & Call:
Flexible clinic scheduling models (20/40 or 15/30)
Weekday call only; weekend call rotation 1:8
After-hours triage handles most calls
Zero hours in the hospital while on weekend call
