Job Description: This job is responsible for providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $20 million while actively managing and deepening relationships with high value and opportunity clients. Key responsibilities include supporting growth of the profitability of the small business customer base, identifying, developing, and driving results, and acquiring new client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and developing external referral sources. Job expectations include opening core small business accounts while adhering to procedural guidelines. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee’s performance against defined metrics.
