About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the South Oxfordshire area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Light household tasks
  • Food shopping
  • Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

  • Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, drivers with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
  • Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
  • Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
  • Good English communication skills
