Perform professional carpet cleaning services using advanced techniques and equipment. Assess carpet conditions and recommend appropriate cleaning methods. Handle stains and odors with specialized cleaning solutions. Provide exceptional customer service during each job, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Document job details and report any issues to management. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Minimum of 2 years experience in carpet cleaning or related field. Strong knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment. Certification in carpet cleaning preferred but not required.
