Hiring Now: CDL-A Lease Purchase Drivers
- Average take home pay: up to $3,500 per week*
- Base percentage pay: 70%-77% of linehaul*
- Paid 100% of fuel surcharge

- Owner Operators: trucks must be 2015 or newer
Lease Purchase Details
- Average weekly truck payment: $500-$600
- $1,000 balloon payment on final truck payment
- Late-model equipment (2018-2021)
- Ownership in 2-4 years, depending on year/make/model
- 100% of trailer maintenance covered by Blair when pulling Blair's trailer
