Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). Must hold CST credential. NBSTSA certification or equivalent required for CVOR roles where applicable. BLS certification. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in an operating room setting. (Client requires 3+ years.) Experience with a variety of OR equipment and familiarity with EPIC EMR. Ability to work weekday and weekend call requirements as specified by the client. Must be able to function in settings that include general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart cases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Robotics training preferred. Experience with vascular and open heart (CVOR) procedures preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0700 - 1730. Work pattern referenced as four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with rotating day off. Weekend call rotation required. Weekday and weekend call requirements apply. Float requirements: None.
