Operates the Crosslinkers ECA production units in Los Angeles. Responsible for the batch production of quality product in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, while adhering to all procedures, environmental policies, and regulations. Maintains training certifications to effectively operate the production process. Responsible for operating and maintaining the facility and equipment in specified, safe working order. RESPONSIBILITIES Safely handle hazardous materials, including flammable, corrosive, and toxic substances. Operate forklifts with caution to avoid accidents like drum punctures, load tipping, or pedestrian injury. Package finished goods and intermediates into drums, totes, or pails accurately. Load and unload drums and containers from truck trailers efficiently and safely. Perform equipment-related tasks such as cleaning filters, connecting/moving hoses, and operating pumps/meters. Execute batch recipes per procedure while meeting production schedules and cycle time targets. Maintain accurate batch records and document deviations/downtime in the Reactor Accountability Database (RAD). Pull raw materials for batches and ensure proper labeling of containers in compliance with DOT/RCRA hazardous waste regulations. Communicate operational issues, delay, and shift turnover details to the appropriate personnel. Uphold cleanliness, organize storage/staging areas, and submit maintenance notifications for equipment issues. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred. Forklift certification preferred. Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, SAP (preferred) Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts + weekends when needed Good communication skills – vocal and written. Strong commitment to safety and willingness to wear PPE equipment for an extended period of time Summary Compensation & Benefits: Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
