The Claims Assistant will support the claims staff in the set-up and administration of workers’ compensation claims/case management and other tasks depending on the specific customer needs.

This is a remote role.

Sets up new claims * in the claims system * Assist claims examiners with telephone calls including provider, claimant and customer calls * PC literate, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) * High school diploma, college degree preferred * Six (6) months of service oriented office experience preferred

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Pay Range: $15.05 - $23.42 per hour
