This is not a sales or technical support role. Calling existing clients to update them on our new website and email systems • Checking in to see how things are going and if we can help with anything • Please Note: This role does not involve technical support or sales. Confident, warm, and professional on the phone — with both familiar clients and new callers • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or client relations is a plus
