What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate CNC machines and lathes to produce high-quality parts
- Run injection molding machines to meet production and quality standards
- Perform secondary processing operations per work instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain accurate records for quality and traceability
- Meet or exceed productivity goals
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
