CNC Operator - Essential Job Functions - but not limited to the following:
Operate all types of Robotic and CNC controlled machines
- Must communicate with programming, product and inspection personnel
- Organize work area of tools and inspection gauging
- Determine appropriate wear offset adjustments to stay within print tolerances
- Replace broken or worn tools
- Record dimensional data of parts being produced electronically or on paper
- Record labor hours performed on parts being produced electronically or on paper
- Rinse and clean parts as required
- Deburr with hand and power tools to detailed drawings, specifications and instructions
- Insure all paperwork and documentation is completed properly
- Troubleshoot and clear machine alarm conditions as required
- Manage chip bins and barrels, cleaning up as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance per schedule
- May be required to work a variety of shifts, including 24/7 schedules and there will be times when overtime will be mandatory.
- Other duties as deemed necessary
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
