Become a vital part of a Montgomery, AL hospital team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients.
Minimum Requirements:
- ARRT-CT required.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience with demonstrated competency in CT angiography and trauma protocols.
- Experience performing CT-guided biopsy and drainage procedures required.
- Stroke perfusion experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with GE CT scanners preferred.
- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or high-acuity hospital environment preferred.
- Experience using Cerner or similar EMR preferred.
- Ability to work variable patient types including adult inpatient, outpatient, ED, and occasional pediatrics.
- Willingness to float within the hospital radiology department as needed.
