People Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Vice President of People Operations, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our People function, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees across the company. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys staying organized, supporting others, and building the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a company running. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS, personnel files, etc.) Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and general support Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data Help coordinate performance review cycles, training sessions, and internal HR programs Assist with compliance-related tasks, audits, and documentation 2–4 years of HR, administrative, or related experience ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ~ Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in and help
