Corrosion Engineering Supervisor role leading a cathodic protection (CP) team delivering surveys, troubleshooting, commissioning and direct assessment for oil & gas integrity work. Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Director, develop and execute the business plan for the CP survey, troubleshooting, commissioning, and direct assessment. Lead development and standardization of cathodic protection survey and data review/analysis methodologies, deliverables, procedures, and QA/QC processes. Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, providing guidance on system decisions and risk considerations. Support and occasionally participate in field data collection to validate assumptions and ensure technical accuracy. Mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff to advance technical capability in corrosion control. Manage team workload, resource allocation, and project oversight to ensure profitable, on-schedule delivery. Participate in business development activities and collaborate with BD to grow relationships and expand service offerings. Conduct performance reviews, support recruiting efforts, and ensure compliance with all company processes and policies. Contribute to broader Integrity projects (ILI, API, NDE, Design, etc.) as needed from a corrosion engineering perspective.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required. Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain is preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant corrosion engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, including direct involvement in CP projects. Interest or active involvement in AMPP communities. Strong leadership abilities with proven experience developing and mentoring engineering teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-facing mindset. Familiarity with AMPP standards, API standards, and CFR Parts 192/195. Ability to travel up to 25%. Strong business acumen with the ability to support profitability and cross-selling across Integrity service lines. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The actual starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including your skills, experience, and office/market location. The anticipated salary/hourly range for this position is $95,000-$125,000 per year.
