Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Texas COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC preferred. (Client may require BLS; verify during screening.) Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Ability to follow documented treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
