Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active NH State COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Preferred Qualifications Prior travel COTA experience preferred. Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention programs preferred.
Assignment Details Shift Hours: 0800-1630. Work Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (per VMS work days). Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week (per VMS information). May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
