Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) contract role with Jackson Therapy Partners, supporting patient rehabilitation in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility in Glendive, Montana under an Occupational Therapist’s supervision. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Montana COTA license required to start the assignment. Montana state-specific licensure must be in good standing. BLS Certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and durable medical equipment (DME) assessments preferred. Ability to follow interdisciplinary care plans and document per facility and state standards. Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a COTA preferred.
