1099 Independent Contractor model
Independent practice - no supervision or medical direction
Staffing ratio - 1 MD/4 CRNAs
WA has no state income tax
Bread and butter cases: no heads, hearts, OB, trauma
Ortho, General, Urology, GI, podiatry, GYN, healthy peds
Pager call only - low volume on-call cases
Skills
spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia preferred
Compensation
Expected annual earning: $320K with opportunity to earn additional compensation
Sign-On Bonus available
