Charlotte Hungerford Hospital is a 122-bed, general acute care community hospital located in Torrington, Connecticut, that serves as a regional health care resource for the 100,000 residents of Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut. Summary:

The CT Scan Supervisor oversees the operational activities of the department and collaborates with leadership to address and resolve tasks such as staff development. Our CT Scan Supervisor will assist with equipment purchasing, policies & procedures, patient scheduling, patient and staff safety, operational monitoring, regulatory compliance, image quality, employee engagement and the overall timeliness and quality of services provided to customers. The CT Scan Supervisor position is a mix of clinical – up to 30% administrative.


Qualifications


Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiography program, Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Licensure, Certification, Registration:

  • Connecticut Radiographer License
  • ARRT (CT) Certification
  • CPR certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Experience

  • 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
