Operate and maintain cooking equipment in Tallow’s modern, electric kitchen Ensure all food meets proper taste, temperature, and presentation standards Work collaboratively with the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and kitchen team to Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation at all Take ownership of your station, treating it as part of Our House, where pride Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
