Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturer and supplier, providing bespoke solutions to customers across a range of industries throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy operations team.

This is a fast-paced role where customer service is key. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and deliveries are coordinated smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner

Liaising with customers regarding delivery requirements and order updates

Coordinating with transport providers to arrange deliveries

Maintaining accurate records and updating reports

Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage customer information

Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required

What we're looking for:

Previous customer service experience

Excellent communication and telephone skills

Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

A proactive and organised approach to work

Ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities
