Education – High school diploma or equivalent Minimum two years of experience in customer service or a related position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and databases; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with internal/external customers.Physical & Mental Demands: The following physical and mental demands consist of but are not limited to the following. Ability to work in a sitting position for extended periods, maintaining focus and productivity. Manual dexterity for data entry and handling customer orders. Physical ability to bend, pull, and reach as needed. Capability to lift 25-30 lbs. safely. Willingness to work in an environment with potential exposure to heat, dust, noise, humidity, and fumes. Strong cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, and files. Ability to hear and respond effectively in person and via phone.
